amping rammer is designed for the compaction of cohesive,semi-cohesive,clay or mixed soil in narrow confined areas. It is ideal for the compaction of backfill around foundation and forms, subgrades underneath footings and base preparation for concrete work such as slabs,curbs,gutters and pipelines. It is also perfect to general compaction of sand soil,gravel,grit and crush aggregates.
Features:
1. Vibrating impact ram should apply to cohesive soil, sand and gravel compaction of the loose materials,Shall not be in the cement road surface and other hard surface.
2. In order to make the parts for lubrication and increase the engine temperature and normal operation,After combustion battering ram starting, internal combustion engine should be idle running 3-5 min.Then gradually step on the gas, waiting for after beating stable tamping machine then operation.
3. Homework should correctly grasp the tamping machine, can not tilt, in order to reduce the vibration on the human body, hand held shoulds not be too tight, can control the tamping machine speed.
4. Where the need to increase the compactness, can be controlled by hand rammer machine in situ compaction repeatedly.
5. Impact force is adjustable with variable jumping stroke set by throttle lever.
